San Francisco and Sausalito

The real purpose of this blog is actually to talk about my travels and my experiences in the different cities. After posting about my trip to New York, I thought it would be opportune to talk to you about the one in San Francisco and Sausalito, where I went in december with my family. It was an absolutely amazing vacation, both because of the wonderful places we visited and because of the company. In fact, on the 27th of december our friends joined us, making this trip even more special.
Our hotel was in Sausalito, a small town in an island connected to San Francisco by the Golden Gate Bridge. From our window we could see some spectacular sunrises and sunsets. I think I took a thousands of photos of only these amazing landscapes. They were truly a sight worth of remembering!

Sausalito was so nice. It was full of little shops that were really interesting and it had some truly adorable houses.

In San Francisco I also bought my 50mm f1.4 lens, which I love, my tripod and the remote.

During our third day we rented some bikes and we biked from Sausalito, through the Golden Gate Bridge until we arrived to Fisherman's Wharf. It was incredibly tiring, also because biking for ten kilometers in the morning with eight degrees outside is not really easy, but it was completely worth it.

I liked the Bay Bridge a lot too.

San Francisco is really beautiful. It's an unusual city, but that doesn't mean that it's less worth than New York. I found it picture perfect, which made me very happy. I recommend everyone to go see Lombard Street, if you want to have a fantastic view of the city, and also if you want to see the famous curvy road. Then there are Market Street (the one with the snowflakes as decoration) and North Beach, which is the italian neighborhood. There is so much to see! You would really need a whole month to see everything!
